Crisp and clean this is our most successful vintage of Sauvignon blanc and is perfectly suited to the local Te Matuku Oysters which are farmed close to Man O' War, or similarly the abundant seafood that thrive in the surrounding coastal waters.

Pinot gris for the Exiled comes from the St Helena clone of Pinot gris and is grown on both Waiheke and Ponui Islands. The wines are chilled to below zero to stop the fermentation before blending, the blend is held at low temperatures in the cellar until bottling to retain as much of the natural carbon dioxide as possible.

Our Pinque Rose wine is remarkably consistent year on year and the 2019 is no different. Pale salmon in colour with fresh and inviting red berry characters matching a clean, crisp and fresh palate. The 2019 Pinque is a perfect all season aperitif or served as a refreshing taste of summer!

Aromas of ripe melon and peach abound with butterscotch and fig notes. The palate is rich, with ripe fruits, showcasing peach flavours and an inherent creaminess, and a lingering bright finish.

A lovely light salmon colour with hints of pink. Bursting with strawberries, cherries and subtle floral notes. A lovely aperitif style or easily enjoyed with summer salads and seafood.

Pale straw colour with a hint of gold. This Gisborne Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of tropical fruit, passion fruit and subtle herbaceousness. The palate displays flavours of melon, dried herb and subtle passionfruit. The wine finishes with a richness and fullness seen only in good Sauvignon Blanc. On the whole, it is a fresh and seductive wine with fine and intense bouquet. In the mouth, it is a well-balanced and tempting wine, brilliantly complemented by a soft and slightly fizzy finish.

The nose has spicy, smoky and toasty aromas. The palate is rich and quite buttery with soft mouth feel and lovely flavours in the mid palate. They are reminiscent of stone fruit and citrus with subtle vanilla undertones from the oak. The fresh finish is clean and persistent.

A medium-dry style with delicate pear and tropical fruit aromas. The palate is full showing intense ripe citrus, baked apple and vibrant pear character with a fine structure and a long off-dry finish.

The colour is pale pink with tones of rose-gold and copper. The nose is sweet and lifted with intense aromas of crushed raspberries, watermelon and peach. The palate just off dry and the natural fruit sweetness is balanced with a mouth-watering acidity that gives the wine a juicy sensation.

The nose is fresh, bright and vibrant with gentle aromas of cut grass, nettles, gooseberries and piquant fresh herbs. On the palate the wine is bold, up-front and zesty with mouth-filling flavours of passionfruit, gooseberries and fresh herbs.
