Deep crimson in colour with aromas of blackcurrant, mint, spiced fruit, cinnamon and vanilla flavours.

The wine has a good mouth feel with both cherry and plum flavours with a peppery spice.

Immediately warm and appetising, this deliciously harmonious blend of two classical Bordeaux varieties showcases boysenberry and blueberry fruits enveloped in soft caramel flavours, complemented with spicy leather and earthy musky violets.

The wine is bright in colour. The nose has vibrant aromas of dark plum with sweet spice with savoury notes. The palate is medium bodied with rich and intense fruit. The wine finishes with soft, fine tannins and lingering spicy fruit.

This Pinot Noir has a bright colour and a sweet floral bouquet of red cherries, strawberry and spicy aromas. The palate is medium bodied and carries an abundance of sweet fruit and ripe silky tannins. The wine has a fine structure with a rich long finish.

The aromas show blackberry and cassis with violet notes and a spicy complexity having aged in top quality, fine grain French oak barrels. The tannins are ripe and fine giving the wine good structure.

There are hints of cassis, tobacco and plum on the nose. The palate has great structure with an abundance of fine ripe tannins. The wine is complex, mouth-filling and well-balanced.

The aromas are ripe and perfumed and there is a very attractive spicy element from the high proportion of very tight grain oak from selected French oak forests. There is nice intensity on the front palate with very good tannins that are quite firm at bottling, but which will become silky with time.

The nose is complex with sweet spice, black fruit aromas and some black pepper notes and spicy overtones. The palate is medium bodied with good fruit weight.
